When you arrive at the Tolovana Sands complex, you’ll find easy parking with a covered carport steps from the home plus additional side parking—perfect for families traveling with kids, beach gear, and bikes. The Beach Supply Trunks in the carport are stocked with everything you need for a fun day by the shore, including a wagon for easy transport, coolers, beach toys, and chairs, making beach days effortless.

Inside, the townhome offers plenty of space to spread out and unwind. The ground-floor entry welcomes you with a convenient spot to hang jackets, umbrellas for drizzly coastal days, and neon safety vests for evening walks with flashlights. The ground floor primary suite is ideal for parents looking for a quiet retreat, featuring a king-size bed, private balcony, Apple TV, and a full bathroom. Down the hall, the second full bathroom includes a large soaking tub—perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
